Pulley lines on a kite will wear out after some time of use, especially when sand enter the pulley and prevent the pulley from rotating properly. The pulley line will wear out very quickly, user must check frequently pulley to be sure they are not locked by sand or salt a locked pulley burns the dyneema line 20x quicker. We are now supplying PANSH users with pulley lines for replacement. PANSH users can replace severely worn pulley lines by themselves. We believe that it is not complicated to replace the old pulley lines on the kite by yourself. However, if you think it is difficult to replace the pulley line by yourself, please do not purchase this item.

This pulley line we sell is made of the same dyneema material and is woven in a special way. It is white and uncoated. All PANSH products are constantly improving. Time differs, the pulley line may have a different appearance from the old one on your kite, but it will not affect kite performance and use.

Please notice that in order to ensure the symmetry of the kite, even if there is only one pulley line on your kite damaged, both pulley lines on the left and right sides of the kite should be replaced at the same time. That a complete maintenance needs 6 lines for Hawk and Kestrel, and 2 lines for Magnet.

Regarding shipping, usually for small purchases, we use FedEx envelopes for shipping. Most Western European countries can get the prodcut within 5 to 7 days after shipping,  while a few other countries may take slightly longer time. About the shipping fees, each country is different. However, we cannot calculate the international shipping fees for each country separately for only several lines. Therefore, we charge fixed shipping fees based on most major Western European countries. We know, it may not be precise enough, but this is definitely the simplest and most efficient method. This shipping fee may not be sufficient for some countries, but for us, it is not important. We just hope to make this matter as simple and efficient as possible, just to avoid manual participation in discussions.

Compared to the price of the pulley line, the shipping fee is relatively expensive. So if you have a kite order at the same time, you can save this pulley line shipping fee. There are two options "purchase separately" and " kite order together" on this webpage. Please choose the one you want to use when you make the order of this line. The only difference between "purchase separately" and "kite order together" is whether there is a shipping fee or not. " kite order together" does not have a shipping fee. Therefore, when you choose the " kite order together" option, you need to place an order of a kite at the same time. Or you need to write your kite order number in the remarks of the pulley line order so that we can ship the pulley line and your kite order out together at the same time.
